Angelina Jolie began a 2015 year with the presentation of her new film, Unbroken. The new film showcases the story of real-life WWII hero Louis Zamperini. It was presented at the Vatican. Pope Francis was graciously welcomed the opportunity to view the film.

Reuters notes that the Pope wasn’t there for the presentation but did take time to meet with her because, supposedly, he was a great admirer of Louis Zamperini. It’s a great endorsement. Pope Francis is a popular guy.
